Here in Italy we are surrounded by artisans making beautiful things.

Lori Greene Lake Como is a table linens line based in Italy from interior designer Lori Greene; an American expat living in Lake Como. The fine Italian linens provide an elegant, whimsical backdrop for entertaining and living well.  The tablecloths, placemats and napkins take their cues from nature and the beauty of Lake Como, but also from design classics often employed in Lori's Interior design business.  Modern takes on palm trees, chinoiserie, florals and toile to name a few.

Lori’s aesthetic developed from years spent in the trade sourcing fabrics for interiors clients. Lake Como is the world's capital for fabric design and has enabled Lori to work with her two passions: interior design & entertaining. Thus the tag line "Design for Entertaining". Lori employs fine Italian materials and artisans using natural linen which is sourced, printed & sewn locally.

Originally from Boston, Lori spent most of her career in New York City where she worked with renowned AD100 designers: Mica Ertegun, Thomas Jayne & The Rockwell Group.  Lori gained an appreciation for a chic, sophisticated interior while working with Mica Ertegun of Mac II.  In contrast, her experience at Thomas Jayne was in a traditional American context. After a 15year career in NYC, Lori settled in Lake Como, Italy.

We are based in historic center "Borgo" area of Cernobbio, near the elegant Villa d'Este hotel. To visit, please contact us for an appointment:
